You don't understand how fear works. If you're reactive, the more scared you are, the more you try to hide it. Cats gets scared of bigger animals, and that's how they fight that fear, sometimes.

People hate cats because you have to respect them like people in order to gain their affection, those who prefer dogs enjoy mindless affection slaves with no effort or reason for them to like you because usually they are just unlikable people. Honestly people who jump to the "cats are evil" conclusion over anything and everything are most likely people who don't like respecting others and just want people to like them mindlessly like their dogs do, it's just a huge callout on themselves. This was actually done in a movie once. Believe it was called Far From Home. About two dogs and a cat that got left by their people's and they made thier way cross country and coming across a bear the cat proved to be the most dominate of all. Reason? Bears noses are the most sensitive part of their whole body and most important to them. And a bee sting isn't nothing compared to the ripped open pain of four cat scratches across a bears unprotected tender nose. And if domesticated cats were as big as most large bred dogs. They could rule the world in the animal kingdom. Cats are most amazing creatures really.

Yeah, tigers, leopards and etc are just big cats, almost no difference in their behaviour.

I'd say that cat is extremely lucky to still be standing tall!! I agree with the comment above, you shouldn't leave domesticated pet food outside for your sweet babies knowing wildlife, like bears, coyotes, foxes, etc., are living in the area, too! Nighttime is the worst. Daytime is a little better. I know, I've seen it more than enough and the one I see do it, well, they just say, "I love feeding wildlife and feral domestic types of animals." I agree that the kitty is 100% tough! This time!

Don't be so quick to judge. Some cats are both outdoor and indoor. Plus it might have a doggy door or it could be picky about where it likes to eat. If the cat was originally a outdoor cat then it might be more comfortable eating outside than eating inside

Ok ok calm down there are outdoor cats my boy coal was born under the porch of my house it was a power ranger episode everytime i left the house when he did evenually make it out i wS beside myself i knocked on every door. Put up flyershe was back in two days acting like nothing happened demading food water and pets people have more concern for animals yet walk past a human tell me again how people are bad

These owners obviously care nothing about their cat leaving it outside at night especially

@@L2H00 no its safee at night for them not as many cars and people around. They have excellent night vision they probably see and hear things alot easier at night actualy. They know when & where other cats have been around & have meeting times or avoidence times for other cats they dont like to run into which us why they seem more desperate to be let out of the house at certain times more than others. I dare say they know the scent of other animals too & which ones they want to avoid. People treat their pets specificaly cats like babies. They aren't, they are very intelligent & resillient animals

My Bobtail female was growling and suddenly jumped onto the back of a Rottweiler male after it came into the yard to intrude her kitty Condo. The dog ended up running down the block crying with her still riding him with his hind skin pulled away nearly ripped before she let go. Glad we don't have bears!

It's whats been warned of before and foresaw at the simplest places like the Zoo, human domestication of wild animals, "Do not feed the animals" in zoo pins, yet we do the complete opposite and lure and tempt them with food, there's already reports of tamed foxes because of this. On top of all that it's also because we feel a need to tear down their natural habitat and build useless overly progressive structures in its place and say there's a wildlife animal population issue out of control.
