Bear Grylls pays a moving and powerful tribute to Spencer's brother Mike, who in 1999 passed away on the way down Mount Everest after becoming the youngest Brit to ever summit. His tragic death resulted in that record being passed to Bear, who in this clip reveals the decision he made to keep an eye out for Spencer for the rest of his life.

Oh so sad to hear about your brother. I am currently reading Kraukauer about the storm on Everest. Climbing is such a daring and brave sport.
Bear is a born again Christian such a blessing to these young men, and carries the spirit of God with in him, you really see the peace within bear
