Hello, I am trying to start dns at home. I like your videos, but it seems like the videos in the playlist are out of order. Is it important to do it in a certain order? If so what order would you do your videos in?

There is an order to how a baby develops, but not to how you use exercise to aid in pain relief and movement. That is based on a diagnosis.

It would be great if you could start by doing the exercise so we could see it done properly. This video describes various aspects of the exercise, but you don't actually do the exercise itself.
