I did a quick little turnaround to St. George, Utah to ride the Bear Claw Poppy trails, and they did not disappoint. This trail is fast and flowy with so many option lines to choose from. I just wish I had more time to explore. Can't wait to bring my wife up here for a weekend getaway and spend the whole day on these trails.

My story - on April 9, 2017, I experienced a massive heart attack called the “Widow Maker”. The widowmaker only has a 3% survival rate but I was one of the lucky ones. After being resuscitated back to life, I was given this incredible opportunity for a second chance at life, and I have taken full advantage of it.
In 2020 and during the Covid shutdown, my wife and I purchased Electric Mountain bikes and a Sea-Doo Spark 3 up Jet Ski, and we have been having a blast. I have been riding 2 to 3 times a week since and have been taken off all my blood pressure and cholesterol medication. My goal is not to just share our travels of mountain biking and Jet Skiing, but also to share the health benefits it brings as well.
