Sand is bad for any kind of machine stuff much less around animatronics. But it enhances the beach experience!!! And breaks your show that costs thousands of dollars but hey they need their beach aesthetic

Damn, these things are so complex... and to be honest, other than Disney, anyone else who makes animatronic characters just looks like they're not putting enough care into it... Either they're too jittery, too slow, too fast, or are out of sync with the audio. You actually try with these characters; fixing them, making sure that they're in good shape... You don't see these kinds of shows anymore, and it's good to keep them preserved and working. keep up the good work, Aaron. ^^

Aaron, can you upload the original diagnostic tapes? I think they'd be really interesting to watch.

Aaron these guys are amazing, so sad to see them in such poor shape but at least they are in good hands now, wish I could visit America would love to see these amazing characters in person, might one day be able to save up enough for one of your tours though xD keep up the great work though, loads of love and support from Scotland ^-^

The diagnostic lady is like captain obvious sister or something "if the animatronic is not moving it's broke" really would never figured that out without her help you know.

Absolutely! Trust me! When that whole deal went down in the 90's, I was aware of the obvious error in this..but, what happened was that we had a 4 character show for sale, and they bought it, and they themed it and named it and it used the showtape that we created for this 4 character show which was called the "Mini Show", and to create a new set of shows for characters that included Beach Bear, but not whichever character would have to drop out of the 4 character mix would be too expensive, so what seems like a simple and obvious decision, to use Beach Bear in Bear-A-Dise became too expensive and complicated..geesh! What we should have done is just sold the Center Stage as a four character show but that means leaving out Billy bob who was the main character,,and well, anytime any of the characters got left out, the showtapes they could use just got more complex and really, it was a mess trying to fit already recorded showtapes with any combination of characters other than the full 3 stage setup..but, I have the answer to those problems now..and the newly fixed up Bear-A-Dise show will be set up with the new solution and you will see it implemented on my soon to follow videos.

Grace Bodine Well, it doesn't fix them. It just helps the mechanics to make sure that the movement is working as it should. Like, the correct speed and stuff.

Yep..I agree. But I wanted the real hard core fans to see what we go through to get the speeds adjusted perfectly. I never would have thought anyone would have wanted to watch any of this. So you guys surprised me.
