I don't know how well this would turn out, but maybe try a comparison between underinflated tires vs. normal inflation vs. overinflation, say ±25% or 50% (+50% may be a non-starter though). Color code the cars for easy identification and see how many finish from each class.

I'm impressed they made it as far as they did with no crashes. Notably, no big jumps on the bumpy desert road. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

Also I think all the bouncing kept speeds down due to lack of contact with the ground which also helps with survivability. But I doubt anything other than the dump truck would have survived the rocky section. Dummies shedding limbs were a nice touch.

There would be no drinking hot coffee driving in any of those cars :D Loved all those dummy's laying in the back of the truck. Those are all the ones who already had to drive in one of those cars and now on the way to the retirement home :D

Proposal: Welded Suspension vs. Jelly Suspension. Two different types of bouncy cars. I think welded is less prone to flipping. None of these vehicles had a flip-over (I wouldn't count the Stambecco since it collided with a solid object).

Just save the map in the world editor (CTRL + S)
