It was wet and raining but I had a good time. I got shots of most vehicles there but didn't stay for the afternoon.

I was invited to a preview before it opened to the public. I have visited several times since and been massively impressed how much it has developed. I even remembered my gran's divi number when I walked into the Co-op!

Steam Galas always seem to happen in the rain. Something to do with all the excess water vapour being pumped into the atmosphere, I think!

On a fairly foggy day, it would be extremely impressive if all the vehicles on display were demonstrated in a parade by drivers dressed in period costumes. one could say that the veils of time will then be lifted. Now that's a great sight
