Beam Passing & Launching - Tandem Lifting Method

When the beam is beyond the reach of 1 of the cranes in a tandem lifting (due to site constraint, in this case), passing of beam is an option. This is done by lifting the beam and placing it within the reach of the crane.

These kind of U beam very popular in Malaysia. But on the video obviously post tensioning is not implemented unlike I girder or box girder..

They are pre-tensioned beams.
is it the workers standing at the edge(pier head) hook to the anchor point or is it lifeline available to attached the hook...any SOP for this activity or correct method...yes, i know progress it is important to your operation team and company but you need to know safety more important to your workers or staff...u just cant buy a life ain't not buy like a spare part car...at the end every toolbox talk your workers and operation team saying out loud...SAFETY FIRST !!!!!! SAFETY FIRST !!!!!! SAFETY FIRST !!!!!! but is it nothing mean to your guys..psss.....
