how to seal the cracks in beam using epoxy injection & carbon fiber wrapping, step by step procedure ...
1.First remove the beam plastering.
2.Identify the cracks in the beam.
3.Fix the nozzle in the cracks and inject the epoxy and seal the cracks.
4.Do nosing for the beam edges so that carbon fiber stick well to the surface.
5.Apply the epoxy and wrap the carbon fiber to the beam.
6.After 24 hours again apply epoxy and sprinkle the sand dust so that while doing plastering it will have good bonding.
7.Finaly Beam Strengthening work is finished.
