Why consider 5 a displacement ?

5:06 Is there a mistake? Why it is WL^2/12 but not WL^2/2

And stupid question but how is q5 not equal to 0?

Does it matter how you label the local coordinates? As in not putting the lowest numbers for the supports with modt DOF?
