This was such a fun and refreshing project among. I just took one of my sneakers that I already had at home, looked through the beads at hand and chose my palette based on colours that I love. It doesn't have to be more complicated than that!
Sometimes, a simple design based on colours instead of a certain pattern can be just as effective (especially when you aim to personalise accessories with hand embroidery or bead work)

Haha yes it took me about a week to make actually, but it was a really nice break from the regular embroidery and computer work so I honestly enjoyed it taking some longer time! :D

Are the shoes still wearable with the exposed stitching on the inside of the shoe? How do you deal with the end of thread without making a knot that may be felt by the wearer? Nice.

Hi! Sorry for a slow reply! As I used a thin sewing thread to be able to get through the pearls, I don't feel it at all on the inside of the shoe to be honest (they're my shoes)! And I secured them with knots on the inside :)
