Beaches in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 🇻🇨 | Indian Bay + Villa Beach

In this video I hang out at Villa Beach and Indian Bay Beach in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Located in the south of the Island of Saint Vincent, the beaches have a combination of white and black sand due to a history of Volcano eruption on the Island.

Accommodation:
I booked through Booking.com and stayed at Buttercup Cottage Apartments in Arnos Vale, approximately 20 minutes from Argyle Airport and 15 minutes to Kingstown.
Restaurants, bars and grocery stores within a walking distance.

Transportation:
At the Airport there are many taxis and fare is set by distance. There seem to be a guy that was coordinating taxis.
Once in town, I used local minibuses (EC$3.50??) and walked a lot haha. Ask any local which bus to take and they will happily assist.
Walk On, Walk ON
With hope in your heart.

@@walkonwalkonno, black sand is from eroded volcanic material, but do you know that some white sand beaches got their color from coral, and some got it’s color from parrot fish poop 😅 Just wanted to share that fun fact 😜

Wish you had the right footwear to walk to the top of fort duvenette... it's an amazing view from above looking across the island. Yes the volcanic eruption in 2021 caused the beaches to turn black, the sulfur ashes flows into the rivers straight to the oceans cause the effects.

I can hear you breathing , my goodness like the walks was man handling you😅, your country is flat i take it ?you not accustomed. SVG is very mountainous, i kinda believed, havent confimed it though that these beaches are originally black sand, considering the country's volcanic.. black sand is just as beautiful but it traps heat.. The Grenadines is mainly coral so the beaches will be white sand. I will love to see Botswana because i hear it one of the few Africa countries whose economy isnt doing so bad ,, i have go check it out on the net.

@@hillieduvalier haha i was struggling i can't lie 😂😂 but i dropped a few pounds lol yeah Botswana is really flat. Ok that's good to know about the beaches. Thanks for the information. If you can visit that will be awesome. Let me know when you do 👊🏿 Our economy is mostly stable due to various factors like political stability, low risk of investment, no civil unrest, minerals etc on the ground though things can be better for the citizens Thank you very much for watching
