@@DigginSoCal yeah that north side of the pier is almost unhuntable just way too much aluminum and crap in the sand. Just have to be patient when hunting the north side.

So, I just wondered what a 14k sz4 half dome men's?woman's? Gold wedding band would cost. Who knew?! UP to $700. Can. No wonder you're smiling. I found a very old, hand made copper ring, only my fourth ring find, yesterday and I was very pleased. I can't imagine the thrill of finding gold. You deserve it! Glad you went to the beach. It's my eye candy watching the ocean & horizon. Thanks again.

Yes, especially since gold has gone back up a bit in value.... I always feel bad for the person who lost it... we do search local sites for any postings of lost rings especially when they are marked or unique. I feel the same, Love to watch the waves, birds and activity.... very peaceful.... thank you

Thanks.... I could not help but return to a beach and try again... It was a long hunt and walking in the sand for 5-6 hours was a heck of a workout... I even found a crack pipe on the sand....so dangerous...

The xtp is turning out to be a great Beach detector. I'm impressed with using mine and it should swing lighter than her nose heavy vanquish 540. Christine has a new favorite machine I think!

Fyi, I believe that the IDs on the Xterra Pro are the same as on the Nox 900, the Nox 700, and the Manticore. ...And Bill, don't worry about your shorts, I wear some like yours when I hunt at the beach 😊
