Day 3 is a beach day in Oman. First up we went to Qurum Beach. The beach has a gentle slope and calm waters, making it relatively safe for swimming. 🏊‍♀️

Next, we went to Jabal Sifa to witness the magical bioluminescence. 🪄Bioluminescence is the production of light by a living being. It is a fascinating occurrence that happens in a variety of organisms, from bacteria and fungi to fish and even insects like fireflies. 🐟
In Oman it is caused by dinoflagellates, a type of bioluminescent plankton. These tiny organisms emit a blue-green light when disturbed by movement in the water, like waves crashing or someone swimming. To get the best experience of Bioluminescence in Oman I would recommend going on a no-moon day so that the glow is visible! 🌚
