I really enjoy the meaning I’ve interpreted from this song. She seems to want help and comfort but is too nervous to explicitly ask for it or say that she needs it, so she emphasizes the “only if you want to” because she doesn’t want to be a burden on the person she’s talking to. I’m physically disabled and sometimes I’m very very nervous to ask for help when I need it so most of the time when I ask for it I’ll start the sentence with “do you think you could...” or “if it doesn’t bother you too much could you...” they almost always say yes but I’m always worried about being a burden.

I may be an old head but I agree, that name sounds good. I get heavy "new age" Nirvana / Cranberries kinda vibe with a dash of something I can't quite put my finger on. Within the last few years I've been super impressed with these new artists. So many kids not fucking with what's out that they are pulling from classic rock, grunge, Brit rock, hair metal, emo, punk, and it's amazing to see (in my opinion) I have faith the kids and young adults are gonna be just fine.

Gotta admit, indie hasn't meant "small time" for most of the 2000s. Many indie bands were pretty darn big, just not always on MTV or top-40 radio stations.

Indie doesn't actually mean "anti-mainstream" indie actually means *"Independent from label"* .. Yes they often identified with more non-mainstream sound but doesn't really mean they are anti-mainstream all together. Many indie bands sounds like major label commercial bands but they produce the music themselves so they are still considered indie

i love this song bc i relate it with the relationship i have with my friend that i actually like.. like i would do anything for her and let her do whatever she wants with me. i'm trying to lose those feelings bc i feel like we wouldnt be compatible- she has stated multiple times that she feels icky about relationships and that we are friends. i still feel so bad catching feelings for her when we both agree we're really good friends. I'll tell her about it one day, but only when we're older and that it's not weird. anyways i've been trying to lose feelings for a couple months and it's not helpful when we're together 24/7 :/ i do love her but i think it would be better for both of us if we stayed friends. i feel like i've caught those feelings bc we literally hug and kiss (not on lips) sm
