Don't let your emotions dictate your happiness and gratitude towards all of the wonderful things that God has done (and will continue to do) in your life. Our emotions urge us toward haste, telling us that we must do something and or feel a certain way right now. Something that is so unstable and fleeting shouldn't solely determine how grateful you are of your now and all of the beautifulness that is in front of you.

This was soo good, my journey to living in my present and enjoying the now has been so rewarding. It's made me slow down to be more intentional about the wind blowing on my face, being thankful each and every opportunity I get. Loving and appreciating the people that are along this journey with me. It's a lot, I could type an essay 😂 but thank you for this video and creating such healing and wholesome content.
