Marcin Kaczmarek with roughly 10k years of humans saying smart things, its likely very rare to see someone say something that wasn't said before... every time we hear the same words said over and over by more and more people, it tends to reinforce itself within us and the impact grows

I only realised after reading your comment that seeing Greg’s videos 8/9 years ago is what initially sparked my interest in the gym. He changed my life in a way and I didn’t even realise until now.
We're still here man 🗿🧢
Holy moly... I didn't know he died last week. That's shock for me. He was an inspiration for me for such a long time. Now it's 3 AM and i told myself i won't go sleep until i learn for tomorows exam. I won't give up and do my best to prove myself I can be more then just average. Great tribute. I'm Greg's child, his speeches created me.

"You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough my friends." My new favorite inspirational quote.
Greg is the ONLY celebrity in which I actually cried in bed the night I found out he passed. Hit me hard. 4yrs later and I still hear him give me a solid lecture when I’m about to do something beneath what I should do

2023 Greg Plitt THE KING 🤜🤛
This guy is the OG fitness KZreadr and to this day none come close to Greg’s level of inspiration. Would be the biggest influencer today if he was still around. If I ever feel demotivated I come here and watch this video, this guy is a legend
Greg was the man. I still find myself repeating his quotes in my head and now to my kids over a decade later.
I watched this for this for one solid hour of running on repeat. Greg Plitt was a legend and missed by so many…. Thanks for the words Greg your legacy will live on forever
You'll never be forgotten
"You only live once, but if you work it right once is enough my friends" You worked it right, and you inspired millions of others to do the same. We miss you man.
Jan 2020 anyone? Eveytime i feel sad and depressed i listen to Greg and just his voice and true words makes me feel good, i feel like Greg was and will be the only one in my life that will always get my mind on the right direction. R.I.P Brother :(

Can't believe it's been nearly 10 years since you left us all here your legacy. It's with us that you'll be remembered...rest in power George Gregory Plitt(the 3rd)
1977 - forever
I´m here today 17th january at night remembering this legend. Today it´s 2 years without you Greg. I miss you. God Bless You.
I remember being a twig in high-school and my friend showing me Greg Plitt workout videos. Started working out that same week. R.I.P to a great man.
I still cry every time I watch this video. He's so alive in me that I forget he's passed on sometimes.
"You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough my friends". Damn. When i'm down, this video gives me energy. Life is tough, everyone has their problems and issues. Sometimes feels like a jungle, a society that cares only as if you were i robot. Hope you all are good. Peace.
5 years and I still cry so hard. I remember reading the news about him, his words kept me alive through some dark moments. It feels like yesterday, which reminds me that I have to push forward harder. Greg you worked your life right, time for us to do the same.

I made a mistake at work and lost my job last weekend. I felt so low afterwards I even contemplated killing myself... I found this video in an old motivation playlist and I've been playing it non stop. Now I've got 3 interviews/trials over the next 2 days. I wish Greg was still alive so I could thank him.

+thenewgate1 I would say you have two choices. Stay where you are and give 100 percent into establishing yourself in your job, finding friends and starting a new life. Or accept you've made a wrong turn on the path to success, move back and try again. Have a good think about it, maybe write down the advantages and disadvantages of each. Whatever you choose work like hell to make it happen! Good luck!

same here my man..
Had an opportunity to meet Greg back in 2014 at the Arnold classic. He was having a beer with one other guy in the lobby. I thought I would be bothering him if I went up to him and boom next year he was gone. Like he would say if you have someone you need to say something to say it and don’t let the time pass. GREG actually proved words right. Ever since if there was an opportunity for anything worthwhile I’ve taken it. Sucks it cost your life for me to learn that. RIP.
"you only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough my friend!" rest in peace greg!
5 years without you . We miss you . Legacy lives on
Plitt was the guy I looked up to in high-school. I would always come back to these videos, it gave me the inspiration and passion to do what I love. RIP to a legend
Greg Plitt died on Jan 17, 2015 and you released this video on Jan 22, 2015 in just 5 days. You are amazing, man. All your videos hit real hard. Cheers!!
I been coming back to watch this video for at least 4-5 years now. Thank you. I believe my breakthrough is near.
I used to watch his Videos, when I was 14 years old, I’m 21 now, I still remember him from time to time... he was a good guy.. God Rest His Soul In Peace..
Probably the Best Motivational video around.
I will never forget you man. You were one of the reasons i started with training and i don´t regret anything. You were my idol in every sense of the word. Not only because of your great Body, but also because of your incredible mindset and your motivational speeches. R.I.P Legends never die, you will always be remembered.

I'm so grateful I had the chance to meet Greg Plitt. We spoke for a long time! I always admired his character! After speaking to him, I realised how ''true'' he was. He meant everything he said. He was just like the person you see in the videos. Humble, inspiring... Truly legendary !
"Normality is what weak people called living, I call it death" Greg Plitt IS STILL my inspiration.
Anyone who searches up this video is a legend

Your legacy certainly lives on my friend. Make each day count, as Greg would have
Today is his one year death anniversary. RIP Greg. You changed my life for the better.
best motivator for me. rip legend, may Allah bless you.
"It's not run by the clock it's run by our desire where we want to go tomorrow."That hit me hard.
"winners and losers both fail, the difference is the winner gets backs up, and does it again" dam
Failure is simply the practice for success. This man taught me that. Relearning to walk and continuing life has humbled me beyond belief. Bow I have his quotes tatted on my arms so every iron I pump I Jeter forget.
I don't normally listen to motivational speakers as such, but I accidentally stumbled across Greg Plitt and cannot stop watching his videos! He is a true inspiration and what he says makes complete sense and has helped me get through some tough times!! The world needs more like him, such a tragic loss and will be missed by millions!! Let his memory live on!!
I am sitting here i my car an hour before my job interview and i feel i can take on the world!!. Thank you
Its 2023 and believe me, you legacy lives on
Let Greg live on in your hearts guys. Continue what he couldn't finish! Remember him each time you want to give up until you reach your goal!
I still know so little of this man yet so much and just by that little I know he STILL is perhaps the most MENTALLY and CHARACTERISTICALLY phenomenal person that ever walked this earth...may he rip
RIP my friend, I am sure you have not only touched my heart with your compelling words but the hearts of many.
I love you Greg Plitt!! Wherever you're now...(+) God bless you !
i started training with Greg 7years ago... i am still training on the gym but i know it wont change my life... but still with Greg . The saddest thing is , he died and left me and many of you . The most awesome person on the world, because he knew what does it mean " Life" and he sacrifice on it in 1000% . Still remember.
So cool that my current physics teacher's friend was classmates with Greg Plitt at West Point
I still can't believe that his guy is dead! Straight legend. I always wanted to meet him. R.I.P
He changed my life. he changed my thoughts 'bout future, thoughts 'bout my life, my dream. Thats why I am awake 5:30 in the morning. Thats why I am working out. Thats why I am still up and still fighting. Thanks Greg, yeah maybe you don't know I am exist. But I am here because of you. And I will be accomplished my dream.. Thanks to you!
Behind every fear is the person you wanna be!! Impossible to forget this man!! thanks for everything!!
Goosebumbs all over my body! I read that he tried to outrun a train doing a commercial for a energy drink or something. What a real waste of a hero, to go like that. I don´t know about you guys, but I will remember him till the day I die!
After his death these sentences have become even more importance. It touched me.
Everything he says is true and always will be
I have no words for this man. He was beyond Godlike. RIP. Your spirit lives on.
I come back to this to remember how far I’ve come.
He was and still will always be my no1 fitness hero. Man tears shed on this video 😢
Gregg never forgoten...his legacy lives Forever among us. Amazing masterpiece from you with this vídeo. Amazing music...
8 years have passed, but you are living in my mind
I miss you so much Greg, the best motivation speaker ever🌹✨
"It's the losers that failed once, and quit. Every winner has dealt with failure. Both have failed....it's just that a winner gets back up and does it again."
One of the best motivations I've ever seen
I first watched this video as a kid in high school, maybe 4 years ago. These words gave me the inspiration to work hard for the things that I wanted in life. Now I'm a Cadet at the same school Greg Plitt graduated from back in 2000, starting on my journey to serve and inspire people in the same way that Greg Plitt did for me. Greg Plitt was a blessing to the world and a great example of the kind of man I want to be, and while we "only live once, if [we] work it right, once is enough my friends,". Keep going through the struggle guys, we're all gonna make it!
2022… Thank you for helping me push through the gym… achieve my degree and masters degree Greg. I listened to your motivational clips everyday which even when I felt like giving up… even in failure… I kept going… they would have to put the dirt on top of me before I ever gave in. Forever Grateful, may you rest in peace. 💙
lost but never forgotten
4 years ago i was a senior in highschool and i was on the football team but never started, i was too small 5'7' 140 lbs. My coaches would always tell me i would get hurt because of my size but i would always give my 100% on the practice squad i always had heart. I discovered greg a little too late because football season was coming to an end but he changed my life. I put on 40 lbs of muscle tissue in just 3 and a half years people tell me i look like a different person and i just wanna thank greg for giving me the inspiration to grind day in day out when others told me i would never be good enough because i wasnt big enough. Greg plit gave me guidance to be the man i am today i am now 21 years old and i got all these old guys at the gym telling me to compete in bodybuilding because of the progress i have made. Its a very rewarding feeling because just 3 years ago i was the skinny kid in school. RIP big man you help me get thro my workouts on my worst days and i will always remember you
So sad but sums up everything about him!!! His legacy lives on.....I watch this everyday!!! RIP GREG PITT
This is the best motivational video on youtube. The words actually mean something
One of the greatest man to ever walk this Earth. Very short list
I want to thank you for three things. 1) for simply showing care & support (when I asked for a technical help through facebook) 2) for all your great work that will keep representing you for ever (true legend) 3) for dedicating this entire motivational video for Greg!
I'm still watching this on 9/06/20 and need this guy more than ever. Some hard times and just can't get moving again and dam this guy gets you moving forward again. Still a legend
"If you're still watching....maybe it is for YOU" Gives me chills everytime.

I have been listening to this for awhile now. Been having some of the shittiest days of my life for months now, but videos like this keep me going. They keep me trying and failing, try inane failing only to one day become successful and change the world.
“He who says I failed is 10 TIMES MORE OF A MAN than the man who says what if. Because what if NEVER WENT TO THE ARENA” quotes echoed through my life for awhile now and had a huge impact on my thought processes as a whole.
This man meant so much to me, he got me into fitness and I have built my physique around his teachings. RIP Greg Plitt
You always live in our hearts R.I.P Greg (Master of Motivation)
I am always coming back to this video to this day, this man is such an inspiration for me
In the gym between sets this tribute to Gregg got me in tears, damn man
Thank you Matuesz....I was in such a dark place before I started to look at things differently...You helped with that journey. "the winner gets up and does it again" - Greg Plitt
RIP, Greg.

With tears in my eyes I must say that GOD hired Greg to be his personal trainer... GOD you took the best from us. Greg you will never be in oblivion for you have left us all inspired and motivated to be at our best... May you soul RIP.@Mateusz M Thank you for this wonderful upload!
There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss this guy - Brings tears of mixed emotions every single time.
