If satan deceive eve with pride,then book of job says he is the father to all the children of pride, you have to humble yourself,god will never humble you,its a will to humble yourself,not an emotion not a feeling,its the will, like peter said cloth yourselves with humility,satan pride. - jesus humility,Pharaoh-pride Moses was the most humble man on planet earth,humility and obedience is everything and the fear of the lord with faith ❤

I think this is bad teaching. God gives grace only to the humble? That verse is speaking of our salvation..We live in grace every moment. Pride is a sin we all still struggle with. If we didn’’t have grace for lack of humility (or any other of our sins) it we Christians would all be condemned..

Yes you are right, unfortunately this is indicative of how subtly Hinduism and its subset of Brahminical thinking has influenced church, biblical exegesis and teaching in India. Even the Portuguese who were catholics and themselves lost could see it!!

No romans 6:14 says sin will not rule over you for you are not under law but grace, grace gives you power to overcome sin. Read James 4:6-8

@@JungKook-kp7cj have you overcome all your sins?? I should have said Asian thinking instead of Hinduism and its subset of Santan Dharma Budhism Sikhism Pagaism and Islam.......It is very difficult for Asians or rather people influnced by these isms to understand grace. Nobody is sinless and santification is by the will of God and his guidance and pruning and not by set prerequisite of humbling ourselves (we of course also have a part to play). By the way people from Zacs church and Zac himself preaches that Mathew was called because he was humble and good in the sight of Jesus. Therefore best shutup and dont comment for the sake of commenting.

@@writetomartin all conscious sin yes meaning whatever I know to be sin I am not doing it according to the light i have of what is sin. Phillipians 4:13, Galatians 5:16, Jude 1:24, 1 Corinthians 10:13

@@JungKook-kp7cj brother I am glad that you take sin seriously and may Jesus Christ keep helping you in fighting the good fight, however sinless perfection is not in the bible except in Jesus Christ by faith and in heaven and we shall one day be perfect like HIm.
