Inspired by the “Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz, today’s Reiki ASMR session we focus on the pillar of being impeccable with your word. Speak strong and with integrity, sparingly if need be. Speak truth and life unto others. Refrain from destructive or demeaning speech. Be mindful of the information you’re sharing and the frequencies you’re putting out into the world.
Reiki is not bound by physical proximity, making distance healing as effective as an in-person session. So, no matter where you are in the world, you can receive the immense benefits of Reiki healing.
