I know this is PC, but the numbers you give for money per hour seem to be pretty far off for console. For example, at Blood Wolves with 246 kutum, church, villa, and cron meal and using yellow loot scroll with agris and 14% drop rate from Ecology is only about 50-65mil an hour unless you get an Eye of the Ruins drop, which is about 1 drop every 3 -5 hours.

@@adamspringer1042 yeah i agree. Im on pc (275ap) and he mentions you could get almost 200million at stars end when you hit the ap bracket powerspike. That... was a bit of a stretch even with a blue scroll.

@@moelali2199 200m / hr is including BDE drops/spirit dust/ black stones / BMC's. 80m/hr in trash, 1 BDE drop every 3-4 hrs.

The trick is to buy the materials for an item and craft the item at a higher profit margin. You don't buy the finished product.

To be completely honest from my experience in the long run you can make the most silver per hour actively out of all activities by either grinding bloody monastery on elvia or by high mastery gathering meat or mining out in a certain desert spot.

Thanks so much for all the info in an easy to digest format. I'm on console, so a lot of the methods are still incomplete, mainly with us not having guru boxes yet, but I've been prepping before we even got loggia gear 3 months ago. My best advice is to use all your life skills for one singular purpose as this will maximize the use of your time and resources. I'm at guru 23 cooking, currently sitting at 950 mastery, and I have a stockpile of 500k yellow meals and 60k orange meals just waiting for us to get guru boxes. My active time is spent gathering meat/rough stone/logs, I use my alts energy to gather milk, and my node empire and farms are all centered on cooking 1st and profit 2nd. To maximize my use of bottleneck ingredients, I cook Valencia, Mediah, and Balenos meals. This makes good use of my Pepper/Hot Pepper/Onions from farms, the milk from alts, and the snake/scorpion/lion/wolf meat I gather. It also keeps things from becoming too stale as I'll rotate what I gather and cook based on ingredient stockpiles. I have a ton if blue meals saved up for lower tier boxes since guru boxes are going to be insanely competitive on console for a while since so many people are prepping for it.

This is honestly so helpful, finally coming back to the game after a couple of years, and I wasn’t really sure what I was doing even before I left. (lol) Thanks so much for the video! ^_^ I learned a lot!!

Yeah BDO has Tons of mechanics and explains None of it ingame. I still am lvl 56 and enjoying myself altough lately...i was thinking, maybe my guild can Help me Out with how to get better Gear... Just got tuvala Gear unlocked but Not a Fan of the Upgrade system at all. BDO has all the signs to be the best MMO but a Lot of restrictions that hold the Game Back. I Wish the devs would be a little less greedy when it comes to Player Interactions. Maybe they Just want to Appeal to whales, i dont know. Im gonna buy all sexy Outfits anyway since thats my Weakness.

Is it wrong of me to say your voice is very soothing? lol. I had this playing in the background since I am getting close to hitting softcap and where I need bill after bill....so this was not only very informative but also just relaxing to listen to.

For gathering you can also use the mouse to move comment to gather from further dostance. All you need to do is press ctrl to unlock your mouse then right click on whatever you wanna gather and press the R key on your keyboard. This way you dont have to be anywhere near mele range to gather a resource. (You need to have Mouse to Move active in settings for this to work)

I needed this video. Been playing serious for a few months now and definitely need boss gear on a few characters.

Shultz is super overlooked as a low DP grind spot. You can get away with 280 DP no problem (probably lower even). It's also not very contested (at least on EU). I've just out geared the area to move on but I was making 130-140m per hour (depending on Necklace drops) grinding it on Arsha. I sometimes would do an entire hour without someone coming and fighting me. Even without Arsha, I could make 110m per hour with a blue LS. All these numbers are after tax (except the Forbidden Books, I was using them each time I got to 100, so I excluded tax).

guru 50 processor here (1700 mastery). I'd say I make 20-100m silver an hour. It is not afk, it is semi afk. You'll be processing so fast you need to constantly buy items from cmp. I often have 1m base materials then if I don't buy anything I'll have 0 by the end of the week.

Tbh I miss Shultz in that grinding guide, after the buff last year (?) it's pretty good for EP and silver.

You should be doing 5.1k+ that ap easily with blue LS.

Would it be efficient to grind @ pila ku jail with 225 ap and 288 dp? Haven't been there yet.

Not sure why you'd do any of this but collecting horses is like 150mil + an hour just straight selling outside velia with server swap. Zero gear neccessary. You can farm right there as well to increase it further

I'm artisan 10 in processing but I lose money from cutting logs? I just got back into the game and I'm so confused. processing 500 logs made me lose 234k

You dont want to process your logs. You want to process the different timber you get such as ash, maple, fir.

Is the imperial boxes like those not available on Xbox? Because I’ve only ever seen the food specific boxes

bartering is fairly fast (if you have a decent carrack whit speed) you can get your 3 refreshes done roughly in 2 hours then go grind or life skill

Not 2 hours in a row, but throughout the day sure. Takes me 2.5-3 hrs cuz i auto path everywhere, but would be quicker if I breezy sailed and steered

Somewhat. Things like imperial cooking, worker nodes and life skilling are all relevant with some details changing over the few yrs since this videos release

For gathering and grinding. Are you selling these at the market or to players to make your money? I just started playing today so I wasn't sure of we could just take our stuff into town.

You can if you want but it’s more silver to do afk cooking with the gathered mats and sell the meals. However it takes time to get your cooking up and setup

Depends on the spot. In some places the trash is worth more, in others it's rare drops. Star's End has a significant portion coming from a rare accessory drop. Sycraia on the other hand is on a similar tier but a lot more cash comes from trash.

@@saida1293 you mean pve/pvp gear or life gear? honestly the game is at a point where its very beginner friendly compared to what it was. Just try everything and go all in on whats fun to you. lifeskill is definitely better all around at all stages in the game but it requires a lot of preparation and knowledge. So its like, the more you know, the more you make. There are tons of guides on how to get started. I recommend watching pansy live and other top lifeskillers like russ before you commit. the last thing you want is to get bored doing something you don’t enjoy. GL

Back when i made this comment, stars end and sycraia where the good places and the most money was 200-300m ( maybe orcs was out and money was 400m)and that was choice level. You can go watch his videos. At the moment, yeah grinding is good with the most recent update centaur and manshaums being even 700m per hour for gearlets. But dont talk to lifeskillers like you know what you are talking. Playing the market and having a lifeskilling empire is always going to be the maximun money in the game for the less effort. If you like to grind 16hrs a day for 3-4B, you do you. But again, dont misinformed people and downplay lifeskilling. Go watch bairog c20 his gear purely on caphras acquired from gathering(literally 200k dust) or agent russ guides, or jordan’s money making. If you dont know any of these insane achievements, go brainlessly grind for 10years until you are 740gs.
