Korea really has a hard time confusing "difficult" with "RNG based". BDO has yet presented a boss that wasn't tedious at best. Not a single one has been fun.

this is one of the dumbest boss i ever play in a game. ive been played games more than 20 years and this one indeed deserve top 3. I dont know how i can describe dev's brain after fighting this one.

C1 and C2 i could kinda figure it out by just attacking stuff. I'm now doing C3, starting with Imoogi and it just confused the crap out of me xD I somehow managed to complete phase 1 but wasnt able to damage him at all in phase 2. Looking at this guide all I can think is: how are players supposed to guess all of these steps?!

at the moon phase. all my shit is crescent. no full moon. so i kept failing it. one was without tendrils tho. kiling that one worked.

This Guide was more explanatory than the last Guide i watched. The last guide i could barely understand the dude and he kept skipping the screen and it was getting annoying REAL FAST and started looking for a better more understandable guide. lmao

For crystals you definitly don't want back attack. I went with corrupted crystals (2x), dark red fang crystal (2x), glorious ahkrad (2x), Rebellious (2x) and Ancient Magic Crystal of Crimson Flame - Power (6x). You can switch out the power crystals for hooms if you want the health. For artifacts / lighstones I'm using the "Target Openings" combo for the extra critical hit damage and with extra AP against monsters artifacts. Deathblow is also pretty good for critical hit rate. Nothing too crazy going on here :) you don't need any of these to kill the boss, I just took these to kill him ASAP :)

Moon phase is very simple: The orb without the legs spawns blue lightning The orb with legs spawns rain clouds. The blue tornado appears ONLY if blue lightning strikes rain clouds. you also have to get hit by the blue tornado, it doesnt do damage. I failed this mechanic several times standing still in the blue tornaod with forward guard and block.

Question, every time I fight the boss I get lightning spammed when it’s dps time and I’m not sure how to avoid it since I have to deal Damage but I also need to stay alive. I noticed it doesn’t happen to you in your vid so I’m assuming there’s a way to stop it from happening in the first place.

Is it always 3 bubbles in phase 3? Im not entirely sure when to stop looking for the bubblies and kill the center since im going to always second guess

Every single time I get to the moon phase I never have a single full moon orb spawn. Its always 3 crescent moons

Do you have to play on ultra super high remastered to see the bubbling water in the red phase? They all look the same.

Unfortunately many players have experienced that in various boss fights, the graphics settings should be set to "remastered" and higher to see everything in detail. Therefore at higher levels, I would strongly recommend playing on "remastered" settings if your computer is capable of handling it.

This boss can do one 😂 CC every 2 seconds which SA an FG can’t stop, and as an awk drak most of my skills move me forward (some yeet me far) and I keep falling off on the attacking stage and dying in the water. Fuuuun 💀 Thanks for the guide, hopefully 1 day I'll try that boss again but rn it’s made me angry at bdo 😂

I had the same problem with my jump attack from my zerk, I kept landing in the water which killed my rather quickly. Since I need to use this skill, I try to aim in a direction where I wont fall off the platform and still hit him for the skill add on proc. Maybe this helps you, too :)

@@CriticalPerformance It's so annoying isn’t it xD after cooling off for a day I went back an was able to do :) every now and then I yeeted over but realized there is a split second where you walk on water before actually falling in so was able to use Doombringer to bring myself back on the platform 😂

the second stage is simply impossible with nova even at c3, i just cant survive the firebreath in stage 2

You can block the initial damage with a forward guard and then dodge. You should survive the breath that way :)

unlock evasion and just roll around everywhere, that’s what I have to do with awk drak on most of these bosses 😂

I really hate the phases time when we can attack is so random, not even 40sec some even last 15second. Is so stupid.

I like the boss design but the mechanics are a bit clunky for my taste.
