Can you make a wedding dress using these same balloons but just smaller size balloons?

Don't use small round balloons for joints, for example, if you have 4 tiers, it's beautiful to connect them vertically and then connect them next to each other like an X. Don't you know?　The way this video is done is not a professional way.
