Whoever did this was pretty bold considering that there seems to be heavy traffic. I wonder if it was a hit and run. Like you said, it happened elsewhere and she was moved here to this spot. Also, seems unusual that no one has been reported missing. It will be interesting to see the follow-up.

I thought the same thing. These LEO would have known immediately if it was someone local who was reported missing after leaving their home to go exercise.
