Excellent video. I like the quantitative approach but with real world application in mind. Anything done on the timer adds that component of stress that is helpful in training.

Larry, I have watched and enjoyed all of your video's. As you well know, the AK-12 is the standard issue rifle for Russian soldiers. Sense you are the ultimate authority on the AK, a comparison review of the AK-74 and the AK-12 would be appropriate. Keep up the good work.

Larry had been working on losing weight but he had been plagued with cancer. I do know he had been taking treatments. Hopefully the cancer will subside. God speed Larry.

17 years ago I had cancer and after 37 radiation treatments I was destroyed. I lost 30 pounds and a degree of strength I never recovered. My best to Larry. Thank you for your contributions to America and the free world.

Yo can you do a review on the AK alfa by kalashnikov US? They canceled the program but a couple of thausands of them were released, pretty rare rifle.
