Filipino Reactor. Keeping it real and natural.
I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living outside the Philippines due to job assignment. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my KZread Channel and my full-time job as an engineer.
I was a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our choral group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
I was the Glee Club president and was a trainer for various singing competitions when I was in the university - all these were humbling experiences for me.
WHAT IS THE GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others may actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.
I have come to a point of trying to find a greater purpose in life, something beyond just being happy for a moment. Happiness in life is more meaningful if we choose to be useful, be honorable, be compassionate, and make a difference.

Its not sad but rather touching. The most touching part when bunga said " mendoakanmu adalah caraku mencintaimu " and also the moment Bunga wished happy eid to Ashraf " Selamat hari raya maaf zahir batin sayang " Bunga and Noah not only serrounded by Bunga's family but Ashraf family being super supportive. Ashraf mom stay with her for more than 2 months now and celebrating raya with them in Indonesia away from her own child and husband in Malaysia. I've seen many times after a husband passing, wife and husband family fighting over material things left by husband. But not in their case. We all should learn a lot from BCL's story. Its all about respect, be kind, thoughtful and love.
Respect to Ashraf's mother who choose to accompany BCL & Noah in Jakarta instead of get together with her family in Malaysia during Ramadhan & Eid.
In the past, I just looking a perfect family. Bunga and Ashraf, Her sister Jennifer and her husband, and then his brother and the wife which is Yuna, a famous malaysian singer. Dida sinclair is blessend with this beautiful and talented childs. But then I know that theres nothing lasted. 🙏🙏
Watched this vid few times today and even now watching your reactions to this vid, still crying so hard.. Love to see how the people around bcl and noah always by their side and even Alm Ashraf's mother staying with them in Indonesia since the past 2+months.. It's really beautiful to see the love they have in this family.. And I'm so happy to see BCL smiling again.. Yes, as you said my bro.. We will never know what will happen in future, how much time we have left.. How long we will have our family members around us.. So please cherish every moment, appreciate people around us.. Cause life is so unpredictable and short journey..
BCL was so lucky had very supportive mother in law...

Eid al-Fitri today feels different to me ... Usually the four of us, now only three of us, my little one is happy in heaven. rhabdomiosarchoma cancer has claimed it. but, keep up the spirit, BCL ..
