How many balloons to make a good size backpack

If you could make a video of the step by step it would be great, I really like your work, greetings from Chile

I noticed in the video that they had inflated balloons as the shoulder straps and not an uninflated balloon. How do you do this? So sorry, I am a newbie but so eager to learn!!!!
