Recommendation for size smoker on trailer?

I’m considering building a trailer myself, could you share about how many people you serve a day and how many briskets and pork butts you make per day?

Where did you get the trailer from?

Has your HOA given you any problems with keeping your trailer on your driveway? assuming your smoking meet on the smoker while it sits on the driveway?

I am almost positive that God has so much extra time that he was working diligently on making sure he gets you a trailer to your specifications. 👍

Do you have to use a Commissary Kitchen to prep all your food or are you able to do it on the truck?

Inside the truck, that was my goal when getting it built and cleared with my health department beforehand.

Depends on where you go and the prices are much higher than when this was built. I’d say around 40k at least.
