BBC World Emergency Breakdown Kit (mid 90's)

In the early days of BBC World adverts and regional programming were added by partners around the world. If there was a fault with the feed from London this was one of the things they had to fill if need be.
I don't know why there's 5 mins of music but only 3'28" of music, I've omitted the silent minute and a half

    Wow, I thought I'd never see any new footage from this era of BBC World! I honestly thought most of it was either not recorded or lost to time.
