For real, she's so sweet but sad the people around her can be so bad. I remember that she's a sweetheart who did charity and donated so much money to the need and when Japan had that large Earthquake. She also talked about taking care of her grandmother too back then. What an Angel....and KARA members still think about her always and in Kamilias hearts. 😢

If people are upset for the light sentences some people got just use your head and imagine how deep that rabbit hole goes. Politicians , Chaebol heirs , big company CEO's etc etc etc... What came out wasn't even the tip of the iceberg... To me Burning Sun was just another excuse to stay away from the trash company called YGE , because when you mingle with trash you become trash yourself... And yes this also apply to your fav overhyped girl groups from that trash company or should I say "laundromat" ...?

Ok I've watched another burning sun podcast but im.confused. were the girls drugged and filmed. Or did they have willing relations but didn't know they were being filmed or both? Cause filming someone secretly while you are having intercourse and sharing it isn't a federal crime in America. Depending on the state you are in it could be a misdemeanor with no jail time or a civil lawsuit or probation. But R*** And filming is on a whole nother level criminally.

  • @Prios-by5sz

Both, but in the case of consensual intercourse and being film without knowledge the principal offense was the distribution in chat rooms with friends, ppl in the industry, businessmen/investors, and the use for blackmail to the victims, their companies or even their family members (at least one occasion I read about). They got in real trouble tho until the use and distribution of the substances was on the table as well.

Some of them consented to sex but not to being filmed. Its still a crime to film someone and share their video without their consent. Many of the victims were just normal girls who went for a night out to the bar and were drugged and taken by the club members to be raped by VIP members.

Yes, it does when the bystander does nothing to stop the crimes he sees occurring. He could've taken screenshots of the convoys and taken them to the police and the news. He actively chose to do nothing. And only admitting you were there when someon presents irrefutable proof, is not an indication of learning and growth. At the point where he'd been found out, he'd had years to come forward on his own. He, again, chose to not own up to his passive role as a do-nothing when he knew that women were literally being victimized and traumatized for life. He continually made the coats choice. So, yes, being a bystander is as bad as being a perpetrator.
