"evolve" cannot be used transitively. You cannot evolve anything, but something can evolve. Someone should tell him.

I study in the West for years and am a strong advocate for Western form of democracy. However, among all democratic states we are seeing. We always see the examples of powers such as US, UK but ignore the other developing democratic states. From all these samples, we found Western democracy isn't the key factor to the prosperity and isn't suitable in every corner. If you let me choose to be "democractic" or to be "rich". I would definitely choose latter

we can not ask for every country to have a democratic form like the U.S has, because everyone is different. however it will be wise to find a suitable political and governance model by the people... ...

I don't really understand why people has to impose democracy on china which for the past thousand of yrs has never been experienced in such system. we should all let them alone and their people will decide what's the best for them.

You can't expect the English to say anything kind or good about China because it has lost the Gold Goose, Honk Kong, which supported the English economy for nearly a century. Since HK return to China 1997 the British economy has been declining.
