Ed Miliband called on the prime minster to act on the lack on stamp duty on hedge funds but was told his own party had failed to address the issues when in power.
David Cameron then teased him about Labour failing to name backers from business, including Ed Balls on Newsnight, where the shadow chancellor spoke of "Bill somebody", and the prime minster joked that "bill somebody is Labour's policy".
