I noticed what seems to be a special effect when he puts his cape on, in the part where he finds Johnathan Harker after he’s been bitten by his bride. Something about the way Dracula throws his cape up and drapes it and the way it falls are, it seems like the cape weighs 50 pounds but being Dracula it unphases him. It must be a special effect and it shows the attention to detail in this series. So good!
I wish they will make Dracula Season 2 & that Claes will reprise the role 🤩

Have anyone noticed or anyone from the team mentioned that all this Dracula thing is actually about narcissism? The first episode perfectly describes what is happening between a narcissist and its victim. There are also things that you can recognise about this in the other episodes. In the end, shame is mentioned, Dracula lives in shame, shame being the fundament of narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), according to some psychiatrists.

Doing a Claes Bang’s marathon 😋🔥🥵
I am in love with Claes bang 😂😁
"children definitely shouldn't watch it and therefore definitely must"
Well, Claes Bang wasn't prepared well for the interview, but he did great in the Dracula, it is my most favorite Dracula of all, especially the episode 3 (I cannot count how many times I have watched it), every scene is a quote, every dialogue is remarkable, his longing to see the Sun after so many years ("she's beautiful" while watching the TV or in the end of the movie - it is about the Sun), if you cannot understand it, try to live for one month in a low sun climate. He really brings the personality and needs of Dracula to the screen. The human rights dialogue is brilliant, his admiration by a modest modern living is so true, we take it nowadays for granted bu he can see and appreciate the difference as he is so old. I love everything about season 3. And I am not sure if it is really the love or if they both realized it is the love. I just think Agatha, smart, independent, authentic and witty is the most tasty thing he ever tried and couldnt repeat the feeling. So loosing her makes his existence senseless.
Watched 2 episodes and really enjoying it. Last series I was so excited about was Sherlock. Can't wait for episode 3 and then I'll have to watch it all again.
LOVED IT,,,, SHAME ON MY DOUBT,,,, SUPERB
i loved the series but the ending is a bit confusing but i hope theres gonna be a season 2
claes is an absolute genius
He is so camp. Love it
He even looks like a mid 1960's Bond dude. Very Rat-puckish look and swag. I think he should play the next Bond.
A lovely twist on an old story. To assume that Dracula has an underlying fear of death is an amazing concept considering that he lives by the blood of others. All the Dracula adaptations have a lot to do with sex and love and it's not just subtext. How many humans (males especially) would want to live forever if there is no more sex. love or passion in their lives. It's not just the physical act of sex. Ask any man with ED who doesn't have an understanding partner. For a vampire centuries of no human connection especially physical closeness would be never ending torment. That being the case the character of Dracula in every version is either looking for a bride or mate of some kind.
The ending suggests a second series.Dracula says to Harker that vampires cannot commit suicide,so him 'killing' himself with Van Helsing is suicide,he's laying down his life.Van Helsing drinking Draculas blood has already got preternatural blood flowing in her veins, she just needs a good romp with him to push her over the edge and in the dream space they share together she does enjoy a good romp..... ;-)
They're seriously such great writers. Pure wit!
