In some cases a layer of this gray sealing tape was also applied under the bent back shield wires, here the tape is only applied over them. I would prefer to apply it under and above these wires.

Hello Arthur, Voltages need to be mentioned as precise as possible. Plug-in itself is available in system voltages up to Uo/U (Umax) 19/33 (36)kV. Surge arrestor are also available with different properties with nearly same dimensions.
