are they even in the fleet? All I know are the hinos and the Dennis rear loaders Havent seen Volvos

i saw it today on south road. Also seen it on centre rd a few weeks ago. im not sure about the nature of its work or who is operating it exactly, nobody seems to have any info. id doubt cleanaway is running it, however the cab is similair in colour to cleanaway due to volvo design. only seen it twice in a 6 week span, a very rare find to be honest.
