In all honesty, at this point, it's not about how good/bad Bayern are. In a normal season, they would be top, but damn, Leverkusen are cooking, with Xabi at the helm. If they keep this run up until the end of the season, they will have to rank as one of, if not, the best Bundesliga side of modern times. What Xabi has been able to accomplish (they were second to last) in Autumn 2022 and here they are now, 15 months later, with an undefeated record and in pole position to win the Bundesliga. Wow!

I've been watching bayern for the first time this season and I can honestly say that's the worst I've seen them play, no heart, no sense of urgency, no direction. I see a lot of people online going on about the curse of Harry kane, absolute rubbish. I honestly think tuchel is the problem, outrageous team selection, every week he chops and changes the starting 11. I've said it for months now, Thomas muller is the only player who uses Harry Kane properly, bellingham, saka and foden use kane properly for england and it works. Musiala and sane are amazing players but are just far to greedy, sane over the past 8-9 games has wasted and missed so many chances it's unreal! With all that being said, take nothing away from leverkusen, they played the perfect game and made bayern look so poor. I actually fear for bayern at Lazio next week, tuchel needs to stop experimenting, it's simple, you find a winning team and you stick with it. Sasha booey looks like a waste of money too.

The best team performance in my opinion by bayern was the 4-0 win at dortmund, they were world class, tuchel seems very much like Gareth southgate, he has his ' favoured ' players and won't drop them no matter how poor they play. They need to act quick or they will end up with nothing this season.
