true . u need insane mechanics to win as ad sion . tank not so much , but as ad u do 1 little mistake and its over . meanwhile jax is very forgiving at doing mistakes and far easier to play in teamfights .

@@SuZRaiden Jax is more forgiving? what? Sion has the most forgiving ability in the game that is his passive. That is the reason you can get away with 1/10 scoreline and still be impactful. Even Baus says Sion gameplay is a bit toxic to the game.

there's no way baus's mechanics are GM-level... the way he spaces in lane, and plays around vision... he fucking owns pro Korean players all the time, much less everyone on EUW. that's just silly. he clearly must not watch Baus a lot (not that he like, should, or anything). just watch him play gragas-- he can hold his own against anyone. I swear if he were a meta slave like TF Blade he could give him a run for his money (won't go so far as to say he'd be better, bc TF Blade is clearly god damn good at the game). and if you just see the way he uses q... the number of times he gets insane micro interactions vs. other champions is actually ridiculous. I mean shit in the first few mins he cancelled the jax q... he does that kind of shit all the time. he is literally like a computer-- it's wild.

like... riot allows sunderer to be busted, and shit like camille and jax to just be "highly skilled" (aka completely faceroll, but yet) busted... if the meta were to shift (aka they nerfed sunderer...) could TF Blade survive the matchup? is there even a meta better suited for what TF Blade plays? forgive me, i forgot to lie prostrate for the camille jax abuser who got super high elo by high-IQ lane-kingdom-no-macro gameplay. imagine being 3k down at 13 mins to sion as camille basically solo except for one turbo-obvious gank (as though there's never any ganks).

I guess captain "GM mechanics" just shit all over TF Blade in the second game, but ... ... yeah it's just better macro xD? except camille is completely turbo into Sion? "yeah man sure i had a counter pick and i got my ass kicked in lane 1v1 but *his* mechanics are shit; i just got suuuuper unlucky. a lot. he even killed my jungler because of how little lane presence i had, but because my jungler was graves he still solo carried the game, and so obviously my mechanics are better". like, literally i don't get it. the "tarzaned will get banned; baus is GM-tier mechanics", etc. shit just reeks of insecurity to me. and I would discount all that if TF Blade weren't just incredibly fucking cringe if you listen to him talk for more than like 8 seconds. but yeah, pretty god damn good at the game. but... maybe a bit more humility might be good? easy for me to say, I'm a pisslow subhuman...

@midbeast Baus hit rank 1 with gragas EU beFOR he got nerfed. He definitely has à challenger mechanics and insane macro/ understanding of the game. But it s true that he doesnt play champs very demanding mechaniclly ( TF balade as Well with jax, trynd and a bit less irelia)

Also, dont forget that Baus Perma streamed in korea with camera on and chatting/interacting with the viewers. Many times when baus trully tries hard in Eu he goes off stream. My guess is he wouldve defo reached 1k lp off stream. Mby not top 10. Who Knows ?

Exactly. People seem to think that because he lose lane often that his mechanics aren’t good. When the champions he plays are not built to win early against most matchup unless the opponent messes up. It like expecting kassadin to destroy in lane even if it happens sometimes cause enemy is trolling.

I heavily disagree with anyone who says baus has poor mechanics. Just look at him playing gragas, that shit is insane, its not flashy or anything like other players known for their mechanics (irelia king, faker etc), but his spacing is insane, he knows exactly when to go, in abuses vision, flawlessly plays around with minion aggro, its just insane.

Never doubted he would get challenger, he's gotten rank 1 euw. I just didn't expect his trip to end so soon. Was looking forward to at least another month of baus beating koreans

Only exception is to first time warwick into an Irelia, the only thing to know is take grasp and presence of mind, start q and just q grasp her over and over. With flash barrier, it just makes the lane unplayable for her and it's not even funny. And for items, just get the recommended from client and you are good to go.

I watched that tarzan d guy stream a couple times and each time he was extremely miserable…I don’t think there is a streamer at his level that is more genuinely miserable than him.

I'll probably get some shit for this but I genuinely think Baus has better mechanics. He makes some absolutely golden plays when his playstyle allows for it.

I’d say it’s more of his macro and just knowing the limits of his champ. He plays a lot of games of sion compared to his other champ pool, compared to tfblade who plays jax, camille, kennen, etc. Baus just knows where to be at the right time while blade can out mechanics a lot of other players

I would say bausffs is a smarter player not exactly great mechanically but plays around vision and setts plays from great angles for me is my favourite style bcs i play close to it

you have to, korean gaming is really exclusive. Not sure if it's still like this but for a while you had to have a legitimate korean social security number to play on korean servers
