Blimey that judge was a bit harsh! You deserved much better marks! Glad your nerve injury has healed up somewhat, I'm finding the neck stretches that I do have made huge improvements in my tremors and muscle spasms, even managed to walk up to the yard to visit my horse the other day!! Hi Siobhan, glad to hear your stretches are helping! My Cervical Radiculopathy is under control ish but I know it’s rumbling on as I keep getting funny things like sore wrist or thumb- not helped with the terrible weather and doing too much heavy lifting I’m sure. Yes the marks were very disheartening and it does make you wonder why you bother! I hope you had a great Christmas x

Hes looking so much better in the contact and definitely softer and nicer outline all round. Very harsh marking! Don't feel down hearted (not easy I know) but you're improving all the time so lots to feel great about. But this is why working equitation is better than dressage!

Hi Ben, stop beating yourself up, your out there doing it, with little prep. also remember they expect at medium for us to be more established, which is why they where so harsh. You are both doing amazing remember the cop injuries you have had x x x here's to 2024 x

Thank you; it’s hard not to get down especially when you feel the test has gone quite well and felt like an improvement on much better scoring previous tests at same level a year apart! It was only unaffiliated... Not sure how I feel about competing (dressage wise at least) this year yet! Might decide when the weather has improved as no point trying at the moment with my riding paddock flooded or frozen x
