Pal version is great, they fixed Clinger Winger level which in this version, player 2 can't even start to that level

This game was a horrible bait and switch. The early levels feel like the beat-em-up action like you get out of Ninja Turtles. Then the Turbo Tunnel happens. 99.9999999% of kids who rented this game back in 1991 never got past that bike section. Unfortunately, every subsequent level is like the bike section and the game never goes back to that beat-em-up style. It's just platforming and racing levels.

Honestly, that's pretty much how I saw this game as a kid. Nostalgia is our brains telling us the disappointment wasn't real and forcing us to remember the music instead. :P
