They say is luck (RNG) and skill but I can bet they should use any type of stuff that helps, I have made many many many maaaaany test on private rooms with static bots and the numbers and results are there, people who praise this and say that if you can't replicate it you're bad are totally incredulous, numbers can't lie and someday we can prove that they use whatever help their "RNG"

Preussen If you wanna main guns or schieliffen if you wanna secondaries (Preussen have good secondaries too, but Schieliffen have more secondaries and torps)
