It's so overlooked how absolutely beautiful this game was with limited graphical ability. Really stellar use of light. the audio effects were all so satisfying too.

For real, Such an amazing looking game. Made even better by the gameplay which tbh was the most fun single player AND multiplayer gameplay of any military shooter.

33:24 is talking about MW2 if you didn't know, the "heartbeat monitors" is talking about the ACR's with the heartbeat sensor.

After the company backed by a armoured column captured a strategic town they were looking for the Russian guy idk his name 😂 The military found a Russian Prisoner and that prisoner said he knew stuff about the Russian gangster lad. Sent to the black sgt and told him about his personal life and the location and crap of the big Russian man

The first Bad Company ended on a cliffhanger, too. The Legionnaire was shown to have survived the destruction of his helicopter at the end, but BC2 never did anything with that. Nor did they offer much explanation for how the squad ended up back in the army after going AWOL and being considered K.I.A. Miss July is also nowhere to be seen (or heard, rather).

I remember when I first heard the noise of the scalar weapon in bfbc2, it scared the shit outta me and I was wearing my headset but I didn't realize my tv volume was on, and my mom and dad thought the fucking end of the world was ending lol

Yurick Hunt Too linear in my opinion. They scrapped the idea of a free environment. There's not much places for you to go, pretty confined. Not bad, I just think it could do better.

Special activities division? Thats just sad

From what I remember way back when at E3, Dice specifically said they were going to take some of the humor out of BFBC2. It's unfortunate because BC1's outright humor really made this series what it was.

@@bdragonseven DICE has always been chasing the CoD crowd. BF3 alpha felt like Squad or Escape From Tarkov. High damage, strong recoil, forced you to use semi or controlled bursts. Forced you to work as a team and use cover. Come the open beta and retail launch, DICE was pushing its ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY ad campaign. They lowered the TTK. Decreased recoil. Decreased damage. Increased spread. Made it more run and gun. Made semi practically useless with its marshmallow damage. Every suggestion that recommended more run and gun gameplay, nerfs, and overpowering the individual so they do not have to rely on a squad, DICE implemented. Suggestions to make things like older Battlefield games, like multiseat vehicles, buffs to vehicles, buff to weapons, improved destruction, removing the stupid ass blue filter etc., were either suspended from Battlelog forums or met with complaints from Moderators, "GO BACK TO BATTLEFIELD 2 IF YOU LOVE IT SO MUCH." Ironically they stopped the sale of Battlefield 2 and closed the old BF servers about the same time.

Yeah, DICE blew it. I really hated this game and never finished it. It's crap compared to the first one. I liked BF3, even if the hit detection netcode lagged. Then, they gave us BF1 and it was awesome at first, but they nerfed the poison gas because losers complained and I hated that game after that. How can you have a WWI game without soldiers wearing gas masks in a poison cloud, smashing each other in the head with shovels? That was the best part! And they nerfed it. And I don't even know what BF4 was trying to do, but that was crap also. BFV, women cyborg pirates fighting nazis or something, didn't even bother playing that crap.

I love how they get transferred from BAD Company to SAD, and the fact Flynn the Pilot is the same voice actor for the supporting actor in Battlefield 3 campaign.

The XM8 is such a beauty Shame it ain't too popular (ok it was a bit in some mid-2000's games like Vegas 2, but not today it's not)

That ending parachute scene was very nice.

It'd be awesome if they made bfbc3 story, starting where they left off bfbc2 Russians coming through Alaska, pushing with US army through Alaska, suddenly being transferred to near mecca region for another US offensive, then tell where they hid the gold & the army thinks they are dead due to an ambush, allowing them to go get it, also flash back scenes on how they came back into the army. Lol just saying 🤔😏
