Why can’t I find any good servers? I can only find 2 good servers and they both are on 2 maps specifically

It’s a shame… but there are a handful of servers that have all the maps you would like. “Smokey & combat” is one group who has a few servers that are good on PS.
when i play on shanghai ps4, after the news building collapses it goes to 15 fps, has this issue been fixed on ps5?

I've only played on Shanghai once or twice on PS5 as I usually go for Smokey's server which has DLC maps, but I don't remember any frame drops after the building dropped!
