I bought it in steam sale for 4,7€ and it is awesome. I have shit pc but still i can play it with max settings and have over 70fps+. Maybe best game i ever played

How often was "often"? Having a hard time going back to the game after dying 8-9 times on average for every kill. (Edit: especially with how unrewarding getting a kill is by comparison)

man you have no idea how much this helped. got bf1 recently cuz of the steam sale. and been having a blast! even tho im getting killed left right and center XD

Glad it helped! It was like that when I first started playing, just stick with it and you begin to pick up on all the common spots and routes people like to take on each map.

Nice one. Also if spawing as a driver you can self repair vehicle. Any other class has to get out and repair

as a new player it kinda feels like the only way you can get kills is by sniping, it's just snipe or don't play the game. in other games it's snipe or do something else. In battlefield as a new player, the only way to get kills is by catching people of guard, or sniping. And I know that this is a skill issue, but that's part of being a new player

I've seen this quite a lot across all Battlefield games, with new players choosing to the sniper over other weapons. Tbh that's how I get most of my kills is to flank and catch the enemy off guard, as if you head on into the enemy you'll more than likely get shot by 5 different people from every angle possible. Don't worry about I was in the same position when I first started playing Battlefield. Like anything the more you play and learn from your mistakes the better you'll become.

Thank you for making this video, I know I'm two years late but I just bought the game today and I've been getting so frustrated dying so much but I'll definitely use the tips you mentioned and get some practice in

Welcome, glad you found the video useful! Yeah that happened a lot when I first started playing Battlefield, just keep at it and try to implement each thing one at a time. Took me a while to get to this point and even now I'm still learning or being reminded of certain points😅

Same here, although I do enjoy the assault class every now and then

About half the guns are behind the paywall, mostly the cool looking and mice ones. That is a fly in the ointment for me.

Man I love this game. Never had any console for my entire life but I’ve saved up enough for a ps5 and this is the first game I downloaded. Watched like 5 of these “how to stop dying” videos and I’ve come to the conclusion that I just suck and and regardless of how many videos I’ve watched I’ll always have a negative kd. At least I can play the campaign 😭

Nice work on getting your first console! I was the same when I first started playing FPS games back in 2009. This game came out back in 2016, so most players have had many years to learn every detail about this game. Definitely recommend the campaign as you'll be able to practice your aim and get used to the mechanics, it's also well worth playing through. I know it's a bit of an overused saying but just keep playing. The more you play the more you'll figure out what works and when to do it. Whether that's learning when to push or retreat, how to flank the enemy, or maneuver around the map. I totally ignore what my squad is doing, but as stated; your mileage may vary and if your squad isn't really a team, you cant follow it because they are spread out anyway.

Definitely agree. Although if you find a squad that is actively attacking / defending objectives then it makes it a lot easier to say with them, but if they're all camping in the spawn then it's probably a better idea to find another squad.

I believe there isn't any keybinds. To lean in BF1 simply go up to the edge a wall and aim down your sight and your character will lean around it

think im jumping right in, im coming from Enlisted and HLL

It's definitely worth it. Especially when it's on sale with all the dlcs etc. It's a bit more arcadey when compared to those games, but it has one of the best atmospheres out of any of the other Battlefield games

I see what you mean. I know KZread does compress the video when it's upload, therefore making the overall quality worse. So for me when I'm playing it's a lot more clear and easier to see the enemies.

Dispite on how good we are we realy cant be as good as the pros whats inportant is that we mist get points by healing reviving resupying capture destroying/damaging vehicles spot and try to get kills (but leveling up slower for each class)

True. That's what I try to focus on. Like anything if you have several hours a day to play you can get really good, but most people can't dedicate that much time.

why does not anyone talk about the spotting aim assist??? u get literally an aim assist on the spotted enemy and your aim is much more accurate while u shoot on him/them...I dont know if this is a bug but its a little advantage and makes it op in some situations...on youtube I didnt find anyone who is talking about this

Depends on what setting you like, WW2 or Modern. Tbh the movement and gunplay in BF5 is a more fluid than BF2042, also it's more of a complete game too. BF2042 has had some updates that's made it better, although if I had to pick I'd say get BF5 especially if it's on sale or if you have xbox gamepass I believe it's on there.

I really enjoy playing it for a month or 2 and then putting it back down, then returning again after a few months.

Good job on the video but explaining class roles to modern players is pointless. K/d is all they care about, teamwork is dead.

For new players, you can't go wrong with -MP18, Automatico or Ribeyrolles for the assault class -Howell Automatic Sniper or Selbstlader M1916 for the medic class -BAR M1918, Lewis Gun, M1917 MG or IMG 08/18 for the support class -Gewehr M95, Gewehr 98, SMLE or Russian 1895 for the scout class
