I can answer this. Get a comfortable sensitivity for you. Turn ADS Field of View on, it’s under the video settings. Make sure the zoom setting on the weapon itself is the lowest, (which is 1.0) You also likely want a low centre deadzone on your left and right joysticks. You should also turn your stick aiming acceleration all the way down/off. I also personally like to play on max FOV, as the higher the FOV, the less noticable recoil, but you might find that too high. You definitely want your FOV higher than default though. Hope this helps!
