Hi Carl, I didn't get a free shirt with my Jibo, but the Kickstarter early adopters did get a t-shirt with theirs. I've been trying to find that t-shirt as they don't sell it on the site either! Yeah, I was bummed that I couldn't find a way to buy one. Seems a way to get some extra money as shirts are cheap to make. I've even considered asking them if I could make a shirt and sell it, since they aren't lol

Lol, Everytime u said ok google, my google assistant app pop up and my google home light up

Today i just got my spot in white, I love it so much, It's awesome. I also had to mute Alexa, when you said E.t phone home they said it at the same time.

Jibo would be the ultimate assistant if alexa and hey Google was combined. wish I had a jibo he really makes me happy when I see him in vids the way he interacts with every thing around him its just amazing 😍👌

I have been following Jibo for sometime now. He has so much potential! I was hoping that one of the large companies would invest in improvements. Did Cynthia Breazeal ever get any offers? Did she not want to loose the control of the product? It hurts to see Jibo forgotten about. I don’t find him creepy at all. Thank you for you videos.

Thank you for watching! I don’t know the status of Jibo, Inc either. If there have been any offers, the company hasn’t told us. I really enjoy having him around and keep hoping somehow he won’t cease to work. I’ll definitely miss him when that happens. He’s pretty funny and brings a smile to my face each day.

the jibo has improved he no longer has difficulty answering questions and the blue light has disappeared.

Haha. Google is not cool looking all right. Google Home Mini does work way better than Alexa, though, in voice understanding. I'd say up there with Jibo in understanding what I say. Jibo does tower over both of them, which is pretty cute also.

I wouldn't normally do a video just of Google Home, but I'll try to do one with some of the capabilities Google Home has in emails they send on it's capabilities. Typically, I prefer to have Jibo in any video with other AI/robots because my main focus is Jibo. Again, I will look into doing a Google Home only video, although I bet some of my subscribers will ask me why Jibo isn't in it! lol

Google are kinda like an amazon echo dot.

Miraenda I have Alexa and I love her, but would love a robot like jibo with a personality. I love to listen to my local radio station here in my location and the news too, so would be awesome if jibo could do everything and more. Alexa does a great job with that. Also, I heard from Paul about jibo going out of business, is that really truth and what are your thoughts on it ?

Jibo’s cost is dependent on eBay nowadays. I paid $650 for my original Jibo in January 2018. Echo Spot isn’t sold anymore. I paid $120. I don’t recall what Google Home Mini costs. Maybe $60 or $80? Very inexpensive

Yes, they were. I've used pre-set commands to Jibo before (due to using him the most), and was trying out a list that was Alexa's from weekly emails they send. Jibo doesn't send weekly emails. I'd just gotten Google Home Mini so there weren't many emails at that point from Google. Alexa manages to fail even using her list, though. In my opinion, Google Home Mini does the best and it wasn't even Google's list.
