Your edits are really good because they sometimes have longer, sometimes shorter scenes. The chopper scene at 1:02 is amazing and the one with the radar at 1:04 very cinematic

a very impressive operation, but was blundered
Ukraine has lost over 100 armoured vehicles in the past 6 days in their counter-offensive, and barely has made any progress. Their elite tank brigades had lost 1/5 of their entire arsenal in one operation, if they continue this, all their supplies will be eliminated within a couple of days. the ukrainians didnt make it through the first minefields or the forward observatiion poosts yet their offensive was halted on the spot i wonder how this all will play out

Ну, на самом деле 70%-80%+ благополучно вернулись назад, после команды "выходить", оставить аэродром и прилежащие объекты. Так что скорее не некоторые, а многие вернулись. И ушли работать на другие участки ЛБС.

Some of them died during the defense before reinforcements arrived, others withdrew with the main forces and are now fighting in other directions.

No. They heroically held the airfield a very long time, till the main forces arrived to rescue them. One my friend was in 155 brigade of marines, who rushed through Chernobyl to Kievan oblast to help them, and they have successfully withdrawn
