Damn this deserves an animated series

Calibretto's voice is killing me. This is not how he sounded when i read the books, he had a more deep robotic sounding voice.

The voices are off, I still love his work. I don’t like the newer style of garrison with the thick bushy eyebrows. He should’ve just finished the comic and convert this to comic form and give us an art book with his concept sketches. I’d be happy to pay 300bucks for the set. I’m glad he didn’t rush an ending like the rest of the cliffhanger stuff before they perished. What’s funny is Joe is a fan of 2d fighters as well, I think battle chasers would have fared better as a 2d beat em up with comic style storyboards between each level.. streets of rage 4 is a perfect example, the artist totally bit his style and yanked the idea from under him but it’s not too late.

It still baffles me that Joe didn’t do the artwork for this games cut scenes. Like wtf?! Battle Chasers deserves better than this.

This looks just as cool, imo. Of course, less detailed, but still expressive and stylish - just what you need for such cutscenes.

The artist who did it still captures the feel of Battle Chasers. He even did the artwork for the Darksiders Genesis game. Both are amazing.

Joe has a billion dollar property and does nothing with it.
