kenshin isn’t good against magamojoe, it’s immune to KB.

I wonder if Can Can would be here if it was a super rare ranking. She is already pretty good before talents, but her speed up and double bounty is just so amazing for her.

Well if it gained redemption, that means it wasnt too great before talents, meaning cancan probably wouldn't be up there, but if we compared it to other super rares then maybe

mehhh, aku are very powerful and akira has a lack of surge immune and shield piercer, so i doubt he will be any good other than levels with aku gory or peng.

Funfact related to talents: because of his dodge talent for every trait, Asiluga is (only in theory) the only cat in the whole game that can solo every single stage, since (IN THEORY) he can just dodge every attack

I feel like Poseidon should be in the top 3 picks in this list. He was a top 5-6 placing in the Almighties banner and due to his incredible talents, he is an arguable 2nd Almighty, below Chronos and above Anubis. Savage blow makes his already insane DPS even more insane! Dodge is also incredibly helpful in the endgame meta, due to the heavy pushing of enemies. He can survive hits while dishing off helpful amounts of damage while dealing off some of those savage blows! Hp up, is somewhat helpful for a fact, because of his low standing range, so dodge and hp up are great matchups for a heavy rusher with average health, so rushing too early can lead him to die which makes him mediocre, put those two abilities can really help him survive lots of hits and really improved him and yeah. His other bonus is freeze resist which is pretty okay, but a nice treat due to many enemies found in the end game meta, which dangerous amounts of freezes, so freeze resist is really great when grouped with dodge and hp up

I was a little surprised to not see vigler or vars here, well I guess they're good even before talents

No they are not. Vars is really underwhelming before talents because his niche is bad( bomber, Robot Cat and Gunslinger exist) and his stats are only decent. Vigler is also not very great before talents( not counting his combo with rice-ball), and there are units that are better at his niche like Seafarer for Alien or Weedwacker for Zombie. They are only deemed good Ubers after they received their talents. I am surprise that they are not in the video for this. Especially Vars who climb from one of the worst Dragon Emperors to one of the best Dragon Emperors and one of the best Anti-Relic Ubers.

Surprised to not see vigler on this list. His talents made him extremely valuable during UL. His hp DPS damage and kb count is great for his usage and is a counter to most relic enemies.

​@GangyKat he would be better if he had a slightly piercing omni-strike since his big problem is missing. Like give him even 20 pierce for his reg attack and he'd be much easier to use. Maybe.

I'd like to nominate Vigler too. He was already pretty good against zombies with TF, but talents allowed him to wreck the goddamn field against relics even harder than Ruri (and arguably as good as Kenshin)

Kai, Amy, Balrog and Ganesha are very weird picks for this list. I was thinking about bad to mediocre Ubers becoming good Ubers after talents when I saw this list. But if this list is supposed to be Ubers that that got improved the most out of their talents then I guess I would be ok with it. Either ways, I still think Vars deserve to be on the list though.

Unfortunately Kenshin isn’t as effective against Magamojoe since it’s immune to KB, but that doesn’t stop Kenshin from being good. If this were a top 10, I’d imagine Vigler and Saki being up here too (Saki might’ve made this list even).

Supercar is very good for no uber shield piercing

Still have doubts about Ganesha, even with talents there's better options in almost any situation. Anyway he is a good fodder unit for the new cave stages.

Ganesha went from 5.4K DPS to 9K DPS lol. It changed him alot.

Talents on specials feels cheeseaty with how extra a lot of them are

Kenshins a pretty good pick, becomes a better talented vars in most situations too

i think yukimura deserves a spot on this list

This is a pretty bad list lol. The only units on this list I’d consider truly “redeemed” are balrog, kenshin, and Ganesha. Ammy was already a very solid unit, talents just make her better, so it’s not really a redemption. As for the rest: Ruri: relic tanking is…dumb, to say least. They all either have too high dps to be tanked(sir rel, relic bun, etcetera) or aren’t threatening because of their ability to push, but rather their ability to threaten your stack(lowkey, lorris, golem Jones) and thus tanking doesn’t help against them. Kai: when spierce was highly exclusive Kai was usable, but now her low survivability and long foreswing make her painful to use. Furthermore, ponos kind of forgot about akus, leaving them with very rare appearances that are few and far between, making anti aku ubers rarely useful.

i wouldn’t say kai did not redeem because these weeknesses can be worked around. Kai’s biggest target is Fallen Bear and only 1-2 shots are needed to destroy it. Just bc ponos are not using akus doesn’t mean she’s bad like you say plus spierce is still very valuable in the meta because not many there are not many good spierce units. Aku research- very rng based lil macho legs-also rng supercar-hard to time(except if it’s lone)

Your kinda right about ammy but now she’s risen above in terms of dps gao and ragnarok, and she’s a lot better than pre-tp, for ruri she was underused but she’s risen a lot batter due to anti-relic meta

@@gangykat destinguish between ammy true form and talents-true form gave her 14k dps. Talents have her zkill. Even if ammy didn’t have her talents she would still be extremely good. As for Ruri, like I said, relic ranking really isn’t that good. Most relic enemies that could hypothetically be “tanked”(lorris, golem Jones, lowkey, etcetera) are not dangerous because of their pushing power. Rather, they are dangerous because of their ability to threaten your backliners and stacked aoe units. Take lorris-Ruri could absolutely rank him, but she wouldn’t do anything to protect your backline, and most certainly won’t be able to damage lorris. In addition, she doesn’t have the offensive stats to be valuable as a unit that can ignore lorris while providing generalist damage.

@@gangykat kai can barely hit fallen bear once in most lategame aku stages. Spierce may still be relatively rare-but you heavily overestimate how valuable it actually is. Aku stages are, at this point, very rare. There’s one aku story chapter and a few late ul stages, but other then that they’re completely absent from the game. In this way, AKUs are the least dangerous and least relevant stage. I’d argue that giving her an aku niche actually squanders the potential talents had to make her a legitimately viable unit, now she’s mostly useless.

i’d still call it redemption because when aku stages were revelent at that time, Kai was the best anti aku around when aku realms was out. Then she was extremely valuable and one of the best ubers to use which before she was underused. Her countering fallen bear is very important, fallen bear is quite one of the most hated enemies because of his long reach. A level 30 Kai has enough HP and endurance so that even one hit is valuable. Plus there are likely to be stages in the future that are centered around new tanky aku that Kai can counter
