You are absolutely right about pens not working horizontally. The ink on most pens are gravity fed. Meaning: they only work (work well) when positioned vertically. Thanks for the awesome info!

Man, I got mine the other day and damn that is a really nice knife! I took the cameo tape from a couple of missions ago and wrapped the handle of the zippo (wasn’t crazy about the feel of the handle without it) took it outside and tore some wood up, freaking awesome tools!

Have had the zippo axe saw for some time now and I'm not a fan at all. The saw is very uncomfortable for any kind of real use. The axe gets stopped by the plastic that holds the axe head in when you split wood. Would highly recommend a different axe

Lol yeah I got that too was like box number 20 or something like that. I got tbh I’ve had a very different experience with mine over the past couple years of owning it.. I mean would I prefer a silky saws and proper hatchet? Yea.. but size and weight it performs well enough for most tasks.. Being honest it’s semi impractical anyways cause there isn’t really isn’t anything you can’t do with a small silky and a decent knife.. but I’ve taken it camping 10 or so times past couple years and it’s never failed to do what I needed it to.. I’m on like my 15th blade for it and for the versatility it’s fairly light all things considered.. Now it’s not something I take on an x day hiking trip.. but for a go out 8-10miles setup a base camp and stay for a few days it’s always on my pack but it’s more of a budget base camp item that does nothing well but everything good enough..

After cutting my thumb camping this past weekend I thankfully had regular butterfly closures in my kit and was with a friend who put them on. Had I gone solo I'd have had a much harder time. It reminded of watching this video a few months ago. However everywhere I look for the mymedic zzips they're out of stock. Where can I buy some?

I just used the back end of my Space Pen as a stylus on my iPad and it worked. After I tried it I searched the packaging for any mention of this function but there was nothing anywhere. Is it just a coincidence? I'm gonna check their website now.

I’ll be honest all these light things.. I have like a hundred of these by now.. solar lanterns, and all other sorts of inflatable light tube like things.. I’ll be honest.. I’ve used them all at times here and there but the one item I’ve used the most is just plain ole Simple snap lights and 12hr candles.. if I need more light I got various flashlights for that.. I will say the small blow up solar charge lanterns are good for a tent light.. but really we getting carried away with these things.. I camp and hike a lot and living in Florida have gone through a lot of storms and wo power plenty of times to have used a lot of this stuff.. The Lucy lantern is worth having but the rest of this stuff needs to stop 😂

I have thought about all the similar items that have the same function but are made by different companies over the many years of BattlBox. I was thinking about it from a personal point of view. In reality, if someone is a new client of BattlBox they wouldn't have received those items from past missions making them realistic items in present missions. I don't know if this way of thinking about it helps you but it helped me to wrap my head around the circumstance. Laugh it off and sell your unwanted items is likely the only advice that makes any sense to me.😁 hahahaha
