Not a bad box. I was around for M22 70% wool OD blanket so while a “repeat”, I traded for a half dozen back then & still use em to-date. The matches work & are fine, the propane lantern is a new item to BB & while sorta classic, looks functional & cool, and even this KOTM looks alright. Was a bit bummed last month seeing the Klecker Abiqua do-over KOTM - but I had skipped so not too bummed as I still have a pair of that KOTM - was just disappointed to see a KOTM repeat (despite re-branded). Happy for the newer subs to be able to have gotten it. That was at least originally a quality & cool design for a KOTM.

Dude these guys are seriously stepping it nice job fellas you know a knife sharpener of some kind would come in real handy

We need some type of bugout bag for all the goodies for the advanced box

I have 65 67 68 waiting for 69..but I never received 66 and it bums me out now that I see the video. I usually just get a shipping notification and it arrives but when I sent an email to them and well kind of got pushed aside.

I have one of those lanterns and after a while it makes a weird loud noise.

I like how the first item was a strap for the sleeping bag or blanket. And the second item the fish bone , he showed an example using it as a device to wrap up the blanket or sleeping bag lmao

That bed roll strap is sweet

To clarify, the compass is going to show you magnetic north, not true north. Declination is everything if you're doing land-nav. It's still a great little compass for a zipper, and it's a great box overall, but true north and magnetic north are worlds apart (or 12.7 degrees here).

P exactly how many of these knives go out and are you able to cancel a box before you get it if you have repeat items and just keep it going the next box and just pick them as you see them before they come because recently I've been getting a lot of things that I've already have or gotten before and what qualifies you to get special items I guess you have to be a VIP OG of the battle box those knives are really nice the Damascus and the copper I don't ever have left to get special items like that but I'm happy with my OD Green definitely I don't need the lantern so I'll probably put that up for a rainy day I have a electric waterproof lantern that recharges that is stupid bright it will light up the whole field in a school that looks like a miniature spaceship and I can use it indoors and Outdoors for power outages this Lantern I can't use indoors but would be a good camping item if I ever went camping but I would probably take my electric one for safety reasons because of my little girl anyway can't wait to see 70

Query: I Can’t find cleaning instructions for the wool/poly blend Lord and Field blanket. I assume either hand wash, hang dry, gentle wash cycle hang dry, or dry clean. Help? I went to Lord and Field’s website, but no info. Any pointers appreciated.

Hi there! The best way to wash this would be with a wool detergent. Then if your washer has it use a wool cycle, most washers won't. So instead use the gentle/delicate cycle. You will then want to spin cycle this again. Then line dry it for best results. It is normal for there to be some fuzz within the washer. Again this fuzz is normal and will happen the first few washes. Hope this helps! 👋

You know it is sad in America we use silicone beads and oxygen absorbers. I know they are useful but to have to print do not eat on the packets cause someone thought hey bottle of matches and a packet of stuff I think I will eat it.

Those mantles do not last. Ive replaced them 6 7 times in a few months..... then if you hit a bump in the road driving you go to your lantern and its poofed to dust.... its a cool concept but it doesnt work. You will hate those mantles. Just do luci m powered solar
