3D model and simulation of the battery sorting machine was made in Solidworks. It is designed to sort 4 different battery voltages. Simulation contains including gravity, contacts, a rotary motor and three linear motors. On the side you can also see top view ot the machine. The model has PLC Siemens Simatic S7-1200, Siemens power supply, limit switch, pneumatic actuators, Nema 23 stepper motor, cables, tubes, etc...
Simulation is made with add-in Solidworks Motion, motion analysis (not animation or basic motion).
